About Venkat

An investor's view on your side of the table

My real estate journey started as an investor, not an agent. Over 30 years I have bought, rented and managed properties in the United States and India: single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, multifamily buildings, commercial space and land.

That taught me what a listing never shows. How a tenant pays, what a roof really costs, and which neighborhoods hold their value. Today I bring that owner's perspective to every client as a licensed agent with Platinum Realty, serving Kansas and Missouri with a focus on the Kansas City metro.

I also spent more than 15 years designing data and AI systems for companies like T-Mobile. I use the same discipline to research markets, run the numbers and keep you informed.
